Our yakitori, carefully skewered one by one, is served with a savory aroma, and we bring out the natural umami of the ingredients with salt or sauce!
In particular, the yakitori seasoned with "Guérande salt" offers a simple yet rich flavor.

Our signature Hakata mizutaki features a broth that brings out the rich flavor of the chicken.
Made by simmering chicken and water without any additives, this soup is characterized by its rich yet clear flavor.
By simmering the ingredients in this soup and pairing it with our homemade kabosu ponzu, we’ve created a dish that highlights a refreshing tartness and aroma.
This ponzu sauce, made with kabosu from Oita Prefecture, is handcrafted over three days—a carefully crafted supporting player that truly brings out the umami in your dishes!
